Church Hill Anglican
Identity design and roll-out, front end web design, signage design
Sydney’s oldest Anglican parish approached me to oversee a complete identity refresh, as the church leadership and congregation looked to their future as a modern, city-based faith institution.
St Philips on York Street — in the heart of Sydney’s harbour precinct — and The Garrison — set in the pituresque Rocks — were amalgamating to become one parish. With the joining of the two teams, a new identity was needed to unite the congregations under a common vision. It was essential that the branding project communicate the heritage of the church’s 225 year history, whilst giving the versatility of a comprehensive and flexible kit of parts, which allow the team of staff and volunteers to employ the brand across a variety of touch points, both physical and digital.
